5 Things I am Loving Right Now

5 things I'm loving right now complete with pics.  Well... at least I ♥ them!  (In no particular order.)

1.  Helping my mother.  She has always been there to help us and goes BEYOND... way, way beyond.  Now, since she just got out of the hospital, it's her turn to receive!
(My son with cake for my mom's b-day.)

2.  My new house!  I really like living here.  It is so big and peaceful!  The animals all love it here as well.  We've seen groundhogs, possum, raccoon, lots of chip monks, beautiful birds and geese, and cute little frogs... in our pool.

3.  Digging into the Hebrew and Greek of the Old and New Testaments!  I am learning sooooo much.  God brings new clarity to me everyday!

4.  Receiving new and fresh revelation straight from Heaven. I REALLY love it when God talks to me.  I guess I mean... when I hear Him!

5.  I've been having fun designing new things for my jewelry shop: Everything Beautiful.  This is the latest series that I am working on: The Color of Dreams.

What have you been lovin?

Melting Into His Arms

It's clear in the Word of God that we are to bless others.  We are to BE a blessing and there is no better blessing than to be in the arms of Jesus.

There she was...
Tiny
Adorable
Dark and beautiful
Big eyes

...but she was a fussin!  She did not want to be in that cart.  She was tired and wanted her g-ma.  She didn't really want the substitute, Auntie, but Auntie's shoulder would do.

She stood in the seat of the cart and leaned on Auntie's shoulder while she quietly fussed.  Her fussing said... I just want to go home.

Some would look at the tiny girl and be irritated with her fussing as they wait in line themselves.  I admit, sometimes that's me but not this time.

I caught her big, dark eyes. Then it started.  The blessing flowed as I mouthed these words to her:

...God bless you
She looked away
Caught her eyes again
Jesus loves you
Caught her eyes again
May the LORD bless you and keep you
and make His face to shine upon you

It was then that she melted into the arms of Jesus.  She stared at me like she was starring at an angel.  A peaceful, dreamy smile came upon her face as she quit fussing.  The tiny girl slowly folded her little body down into the seat of the cart one leg at a time, all while starring...

She looked as if she just entered another world.  Some sort of peaceful, beautiful world...

I was so pleased and amazed at the result of the blessing.  There is NOTHING like the blessing of the LORD.

There is nothing like the peace of God.
There is nothing like His glory.
There is nothing like...
Melting into His Arms

My new series: The Color of Dreams

I've been dreaming almost every night.  It has been so wonderful as God speaks to my spirit in my sleep.  Some dreams are from God and can have symbolism and interpretation.  (Another subject for another time... ;)

I was sitting down to design some new jewelry and after I made the bracelet, I realized that the colors are so "dreamy."  Vivid... yet... muted.  Beautiful!

So that is how "The Color of Dreams" was birthed.

Do you dream often?  Do you find messages from God in your dreams?

(More to come very soon.)

The never ending "to-do" list

Do you have one?  Of course you do!  You are probably a mom... or a wife... or... both!

We moms tend to struggle a bit.  We love our children but we have so much TO DO!  How do we balance it all?  Well, that takes skill, organization, and sometimes, quite frankly, a miracle from God!

I was just sitting down to make my "to-do" list for the week and I saw this post from Sarah at Splashin' Glory.  She is an awesome bloggy momma!  Go check her out.  I know you will be blessed by her posts.

While on Sarah's blog, I found this lady: Nan from Mom's the Word.  What was her post about today?  Why LIST MAKING of course!!

By the way, both of these blessed women are having a linky party so go link up!

Now, back to the subject of lists.  I ♥heart♥ lists!  I make lists for EVERYTHING!  It's crazy!  I tell people about lists, I suggest to many... make a list!

Sadly, lists have a way of taking over.  I know people who let their list and their calendars run their lives.  So much so, their kids don't get to stay home and just be kids.  Often times, their kids look tired and run down because they are always off and runnin after mom's list.

Hey moms, I have an idea!  Let's chill out!  We can let our list gently remind us that there are important things to do.  Our lists don't have to rule our lives.  We can set the list down and let the Holy Spirit lead us instead or our calendars.  Let me tell you, that is soooo much better.

You may need to hear:  It's not going to be the end of the world if your items on your list don't get done!  Really!  I promise.  The world will still be goin round even if you put down your list and take a break!

A simple prayer:  Heavenly Father, I know You love me.  I know that you want what is best for me because I am Your child and it's in Your Word.  I need help!  My list and my calendar have taken over my life.  I know that things need done but I also know that there are other more important things in life like loving and enjoying my family and most importantly, pursuing You and Your ways.
I am humbly asking You today to help me have a balance between Martha and Mary. I want to sit at Your feet and enjoy You and still make sure my family has the essentials.
I know that it's possible with Your help, because with You, all things are possible.  I love You and I will listen to Your voice as You lead me into balance. Thank You in advance for what You are doing and are going to do in my life. I know that You will do more than anything I can ask or imagine. You are an awesome, loving, leading God!  In Jesus name!

My encouragement to you is: It IS possible.

How do I know that? Because I've done that very thing.  God is so good!

Don't you love a revelation from God?

Here is the thought process of my revelation:

I was getting up from my deck table and I saw a little booklet called "Wealth Transfer." I thought to myself, as I often do, "God is soooo good..."

Then, it happened.
God is good
Things that destroy people are bad
Sickness destroys people, and sometimes... it kills them
Our bodies are "the temple of the Holy Spirit" (1 Corinthians 6:19)
Did God EVER destroy His own temple?
I don't thinks so.... I'll go look.

Google:
Who destroyed God's temples in Jerusalem?

Wikipedia says, "The First Temple was totally destroyed by the Babylonians in 586 BCE when they sacked the city."

Who destroyed the second temple? "It was later destroyed by the Romans in 70 CE during the Siege of Jerusalem."

Ok, so even according to a secular source, Wekipedia, God didn't destroy His own temple.  !!!Imagine that!!!

So who destroys God's temple?

This is what Jesus says, "Jesus answered them, "Destroy this temple, and I will raise it again in three days." John 2:19 Who was He talking to? God? NO.

Jesus, of course, was taking about His body, calling it a "temple that will raise again."

So, my conclusion in my revelation is:
God NEVER destroyed His own temples.
Our bodies are temples of God.
Sickness and disease are destroyers.
God doesn't make people sick because it destroys His temple!
God only does good.

Therefore, God doesn't make people sick.  He only raises their bodies or temples back up.

God is good!!

About Me according to Double E! (son 2)

4 years ago I asked my boys these same questions so I thought it would be interesting to ask again!  The first time Double E answered these he was 10.  Go ahead.. do the math!

Let me tell you, he was way off on some of these.  I think he knew me better when he was 10!!

How old is your mom? 41
What is the color of your mother’s hair? Uhhhhh... ummmm...brown
What is her favorite color? Purple
What is her favorite thing to do around the house? Clean and make jewelry.
What is your mom’s favorite drink? Probably lemon tea?
What is her favorite thing to eat? Salad.
What is her favorite TV show? 700 Club.
What is her favorite thing to cook? Flapjacks.  LOL
What is your mother’s favorite candy? Gummy bears
What time does your mother get up? Like, six? (he wouldn't know, he's still in bed!)
What time does she go to bed? Uhhh...about 10
How long does it take for your mom to get ready? 40 minutes.
I really love it when my mom... has breakfast ready.
My mom likes to wear... purple.
My mom always tells me.... I love you.
The best thing she does is... loves me.
It makes her happy when I..... do stuff before she asks.
My mom loves to relax by..... watch TV and play on Etsy (my jewelry shop).
When shopping, my mom likes to buy.... shirts.
If she could go on a trip, she would go... see the Northern Lights.
I love my mom because.... she makes lunch... because she asks me these questions, she loves me?

... Interesting answers this time.  Stinker!  Just about every answer had to do with food, the first time anyway.  (I didn't type those though.)  After all, he is a growing teen boy!

Pssstt!

That's the extent of what I can say right now.  "Psssssttt!"  I'll tell you why in a minute.

I am all into the healing message of the Bible.  I love how the Bible never separates healing from salvation.  They are connected! Where's my proof?  I'll give you one verse:

Romans 1:16 I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the salvation of everyone who believes: first for the Jew, then for the Gentile.

That word "salvation" in the Greek is: soteria.  Soteria means: rescue, safety, deliver, health, salvation, save, saving.

Soteria!  Memorize that.

Soteria is used 44 times in the New Testament. From what I can tell, that is every time the word salvation is used.

Ok so what does that verse REALLY say?

I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God for the rescue, safety, health, and salvation of everyone who believes!!  Hallelujah!

So, I have to type "hallelujah" because my voice has decided not to come out.  I am continuing to say whisper that I AM HEALED because I am SAVED!  I am not ashamed of the gospel and I DO believe!

And you know, this health issue could have gotten me down.  I could be down and out with all kinds of things that go along with a sore throat, etc. but I AM HEALED!  I feel fine.  My voice will come back and my nose WILL stop running.

When I need someone's attention, namely my husband, I just "psssst" him.  It's the loudest thing I can say! I don't think he likes it very much.  LOL!  or LOQ (laugh out quietly)

Some have said, "poverty is Godly."

God wants people to be poor? Poverty is Godly? I beg to differ. His Word says otherwise.  Over and over God talks about... dare I say the word... prosperity?! (Although I'm not going into the word prosperity today, I'm going to talk about being poor.)

Psalm 113:7 (NASB)He raises the poor from the dust And lifts the needy from the ash heap,
(NLT) He lifts the poor from the dust and the needy from the garbage dump.
(HCSB) He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the garbage pile

So, if God intends to "lift the poor from the dust and the needy from the garbage dump" then obviously it isn't Godly to be "poor."

A "kingdom divided against itself can not stand." (Mark 3:24)  If God intended for His people to be poor, He wouldn't lift anyone out of it.

Maybe, just maybe, He provides a way out.  As a matter of fact, I know He does because that is my story.  There was a time that we had NOTHING.  We were homeless (didn't have a home or money to stay in one).

So, how did God lift us out of poverty?  With faith.  With rhema words from Him.  With specific instructions on what to do.  With the Holy Spirit telling us exactly what to do to "step out on faith."

What is faith?  It's not religion.  It's not going to church.  The Bible says, "Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen." (Hebrews 11:1)

Hope isn't wishing.  Hope isn't... well... maybe God will and maybe He won't.  Those words "hoped for" in Hebrews 11:1 mean something.

According to Strong's hoped for means:
To expect or confide (have, thing)

We have watered down the word hope to basically mean wish.  That's not at all what God meant by "hope for."  The words mean to "EXPECT."

Because of what the rest of the Bible says, I can EXPECT God to keep His word and do what He says He will do.

So, we found verses that said God would help us and we spoke them.  We planted them deep into our hearts and expected God to do exactly what He said He would!  That's hope!

And guess what?!!  He did!

Are you going through a hard time and need to see the hand of God move mightily in your situation?  What does the Word say?  It is still relevant today. His promises still apply to your situation thousands of years after they were written.

God keeps His word.

Don't like the direction that our country is going?

Many people are complaining.  Many don't like the direction that our country is going.

Well, there IS something that WE can do about it.  Don't complain unless you are willing to change... real change.

The Unwanted Boys

My heart goes out to them
They just want love
They NEED love
They need it so bad they are willing to do things
Stupid things
While they are young, the stupid things are just stupid
I shutter at the thought of where they may be in a few years
I want to help them
I wish I could just show them the future
Where stupid things take a person
Where God's blessing will take them if they choose it
One at a time
This one, that one
Is starting to see it
The ones that need it the most seem to ignore it the most
They feel so insignificant... unwanted

But God is soooo good!

I want these troubled souls to see His goodness
I want them to see how much He loves them
I want them to know that He has a plan for them

So what do I do?
I feed them
I pray over them
I lay my hands on their heads and cancel the plans of the enemy
And they willingly accept it
They like it when I pray
I show them how miraculous Jesus is with His Word

Is it penetrating?
Is it helping?
It feels like there is a piece missing...

Spiritual mommy
