Prayer and a Chair ~ Exercise for overweight women

Ladies! It is important to strengthen our bodies as well as our spirits.  If you are overweight and don't feel like you can do a normal exercise routine, you must watch this video.

There is H O P E!  Even the most overweight woman can do at least some of this routine.

All you need is prayer and a chair!  This is quick and somewhat painless. Do as little or as much as you can.  The idea is to get moving... move that glorious body!
